Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction by making Safety and Quality the cornerstones of our company. We provide our employees with industry-specific safety training including OSHA 10 for all employees and OSHA 30 for our supervisors. Annual training includes Personal Protective Equipment, Respirator Fit-Testing, Fall Protection, Ladders, Scaffolding, and certification for Aerial Lift equipment. We are also a certified EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) firm with 6 certified renovators.
Keeley Painting Company is a proud member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Self Insured Workers Compensation Group. Weekly jobsite training and inspections are conducted for every project by our Supervisors as well as our group’s safety inspectors. Setting and maintaining high safety standards has proven to be a success with our employees, contractors and clients. This commitment has resulted in a safety Experience Modification Rate of .77, well below the industry standard.
